(230v COND FAN) CONDENSOR MOTORS THAT ARE BALL BEARING @ 70 DEGREES (DESERT DUTY) ECONO MOTORS are HIGH TEMP condenser fans. They are called "desert duty" because they are 70 degree Celsius (158 degrees Fahrenheit). Normal motors are 40 degree Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit). The desert duty motors are perfect for tightly enclosed spaces where there is little air flow to cool the motor.
